We were handed the name 'Scotland Bruce' by Radico Khaitan, the second largest drinks company in India and asked to come up with a brand image that marketed it internationally to both 'dyed in the wool' mature scotch drinkers AND the more resistant yet experimental 20-30yr old.
We used the legend of 'Robert the Bruce and the Spider', If at first you don't succed,
try, try and try again
, and featuring traditional celtic imagery along with a brand tattooed model, giving it an appeal that spans the chasm separating these seemingly diverse groups.
